Step Back Into the Gold Rush! Bring history to life with an immersive Gold Rush field trip experience your students will never forget. Designed for one or two combined classrooms (up to 45 students), this hands-on program invites students to step into the world of the 1849ers. Students will pan for gold, explore why families and fortune-seekers migrated west, and discover what miners packed and carried on their journey. Through interactive activities, storytelling, and real artifacts, students gain a deeper understanding of the challenges, hopes, and daily life of Gold Rush–era California.
