Vendor Space – Fall Festival (Oct 25)

Join us for a festive day featuring a 5K “Paws & Pumpkins” Fun Run, Haunted Hayride, and Trick-or-Treat Trail!

Date: Saturday, October 25
Location: San Lorenzo Park / MCARLM (King City, CA)
Vendor Fee: $100 per space (non-refundable; due with application)

What You Get

  • One 10’x10’ space (bring your own canopy, tables, and chairs)

  • Foot traffic from 5K runners, families at trick-or-treat, and hayride attendees

  • Limited power available by request (first-come, first-served)

Vendor Rules & Requirements

  • Health Permit Required for all food and beverage vendors. You must display your valid permit on event day and comply with Monterey County Health Department guidelines.

  • Fee: $100 per vendor space, due at registration to secure your spot.

  • Set-Up: 10am-1:30pm. All vehicles out of the event area by 1:30.

  • Event Hours: 2:00–8:00 PM (plan to staff your booth the full time).

  • Tear-Down: After 8:00 PM only. No early breakdowns.

  • Canopies: Must be properly weighted (no stakes).

  • Power: is Bring Your Own, no loud generators, quiet generators welcome.

  • Products: Family-friendly only; no weapons, drug paraphernalia, or counterfeit goods.

  • Waste: Vendors must pack out all trash and leave spaces clean.

  • Compliance: Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, and permits.
