Vendor Donation: $100Thank you for your interest in being part of Valley Heritage Days hosted by the Monterey County Agricultural & Rural Life Museum (MCARLM).
Vendor participation is a $100 donation to MCARLM, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating Monterey County’s agricultural and rural heritage.
Vendor Details
- Vendor Donation: $100
- Set-Up Begins: 8:00 a.m. on July 4
- Fully Set Up By: 10:00 a.m.
- Vehicles Off Lawn Areas By: 10:00 a.m. and parked in the designated vendor parking area in front of the Train Depot
- Vendor Spaces: Assigned by MCARLM staff (not first come, first served)
What Vendors Need to Know
- Vendors may bring their own shade or pop-up canopy
- No electricity is available — vendors must provide their own power if needed
- No running water is available — vendors must provide their own water
- Food vendors must obtain all required health permits prior to the event if they do not already have them
Vendor Check-In & Arrival Directions
After entering San Lorenzo Park:
- Proceed past the entrance kiosk
- Turn right at the fork in the road
- Pass the large brown barn
- Make an immediate left through the open gate
- MCARLM staff will direct you to your assigned vendor space
